the reform and open policy of PRC has been implemented, Haiyanxian
Qijia Machine Spring Factory (HQMSF) has been developed
to a famous Corp. which is with relative sweeping competitive advantages
power around Yangtze River Delta Region currently thanks to keeping
innovating durativity . It was a small factory managing by village
as 20 years ago. SINCE 1987, HQMSF has manufactured medical treatment
exactitude springs and National Defense war industry machine springs.

Equipment - In order to ensure Quality Control, HQMSF has been invested more than 10 advanced Auto Springs Molding machines, PC Data Control Springs Molding machines, Square Ruler Grind Springs machines, and series of Burthen machines, Numerical Control Turning Testing machines, and Tiredness Testing machines and in forth, so that to ensure Springs manufactured, testing and transact equipment. - The raw materials are either made in China or imported from Japan
and South Korea, such as high qualities of carbon spring steel wires,
paint quench steel wires, alloy steel wires, stainless steel wires,
plating wires, plating galvanize spring steel wires, bronze, red
copper, phosphor copper, copperier steel wires, tin phosphorus copper
and so on. Variety - HQMSF are manufactured series of inside size between φ0.2mm-φ12.0mm wires, such as springs shape of convex, drum, tower, wave, ring, square ness, flat, snake, dishware, vary in the ways of pressing, clipping, pulling, wresting; and series of spring shape as plane turbination, rock winder machine, theca spring, velum spring, clockwork spring and all types of dishware gaskets. In addition, HQMSF insist on designing creativity and innovation so that to regarding to customer needs, and to testing those springs are rare, new and bizarre.
